Unit 2 - School Cafeteria

Unit Overview:
Students will imagine that they are in charge of a school cafeteria and research the dietary needs of the typical teenage middle school student. They will create a menu that meets the nutritional needs of the student body and will prepare a budget according to the quantities of food necessary. Food and menu choices will be based on nutritional content, taste, and price.
