Organizing Your Presentation
Directions: Complete the following steps to organize your GT
Project Flash Movie w/Video scenes
STEP ONE: Write
a brief description of your topic.
STEP TWO: Decide
what information you will present on each Video / Flash Scene: photo images
edited in Fireworks, background audio, your narration, your video captured on a
digital camera

STEP THREE: Look
over the information in each scene. Determine in which order to place the scenes.
STEP FOUR: Using
Inspiration or the 05_projStoryboard.doc, create a storyboard of each scene to
use as an outline.

Step SIX: Modify your
Portfolio Index Page with a link to your GT Project Flash Movie w/Video scenes
(If you don’t have a Portfolio Index Page, Mr. Palencia will assist.)
Step SIX: Transfer
Research information and photos into a 4 page Publisher Newsletter for your
Tri-Folder Presentation. Print out color photos, labels - for your Tri-Folder
Presentation and newsletters to handout.
