What was the person’s background?

•February 4, 1913= , in Tuskegee, Alabama. When she was about 2 years old her and her family moved to Pine Level, Alabama. Rosa was only aloud to go to African American schoo= ls because during that time white people go with whites and African Americans = go with African Americans. In 1932, Rosa ma= rried a barber named Raymond Parks.

 

How and why did t= he person become involved in the Civil Rights Movement?<= /p>

•Rosa did the total opposite. She sat in her seat and then a white man was left with no seat. So they told her to give up her seat to the white person. By refusing to give = up her seat the Civil Rights Movement was born.
