Knowledge management can lead to greater innovation, better experiences for those we serve, consistency in good practices and knowledge access across SAISD. Goals for this particular site include:
- facilitating and managing organizational innovation and learning
- leveraging the expertise of a small team across the organization
- benefiting from ‘network effects’ as the number of productive connections between the Instructional Technology team and others in the organization grows and the quality of information shared increases, leading to greater individual and team satisfaction
- managing the proliferation of data and information in a complex teaching, learning and leadership environment and allowing team members rapid access to useful and relevant knowledge resources and best practice guidelines.
