A Palm handhelds Refresher Session will be scheduled so that CICs can come and have WGSync beamed to their Palm handhelds

Issue Palm handhelds to teachers who meet the following criteria:

K-3 teacher who teaches reading

Campus Instructional Coordinator

Master Reading Teacher or Title I Reading Teacher

Special education teacher responsible for teaching and assessing reading of K-3 students

must be a full-time employee of the district (not a substitute)

Palms MUST be issued to teachers before they attend training.

Pre-K teachers will be issued the Early Childhood Education (ECE) palms.

If campuses need additional Palm handhelds for new teacher positions on their campuses, you must advise Jeanne Cantu in the Reading Department. Once Palm handhelds are issued to campuses, they become part of the campus inventory.

The CICs will beam WGSync to the teacher’s Palm handhelds.

Set up public sync stations. Connect cradle and do a “test sync.”
