Executive Summary & Project Concept Papers
For any project, an executive summary is generated, as well as a technology department project concept. These documents--essentially proposals--are used to determine what is involved in implementing a project. They are generally internal documents and yet are valuable to document activities.

Please note that not all ESPC proposals are accepted; they may be put on hold due to a variety of factors, including funding, timing, data-gathering.
