Please be aware that the following email and attached weekly memo available here were sent to your campus principal. Please share the information with them and be aware of it.

In this week’s memo packet you will find the attached memo regarding the donation of Dell Printers to SAISD. Every campus will receive two printers as outlined in the memo.

Please do not send anyone to the Purchasing Warehouse to pickup these printers yet. Not all of the printers have arrived yet and we are expecting more shipments soon. Someone will also need to be present when your campus representative arrives to complete the transfer paperwork for this equipment.

Later this week we will send a schedule to each campus letting you know when you can pickup your printers. Please note that these printers are relatively large and each printer weighs about 85 lbs. Each printer will come with an extra set of toner cartridges in a separate box for a total of four boxes.
